Click Crafters Technology provides SEO, web development, and digital marketing solutions designed to support business growth. These Terms and Conditions explain our service policies, payment requirements, trial period, and client responsibilities. By engaging our services, clients agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Trial Period

7–10 Day Trial for India and GCC Clients

Click Crafters Technology may offer a 7–10 day trial period to eligible clients in India and GCC countries before beginning a long-term service engagement. The trial scope, duration, deliverables, and applicable conditions will be agreed upon before work begins.

The trial allows clients to evaluate our working process and service approach. It does not guarantee leads, sales, website traffic, conversions, or specific business results. Advertising budgets and third-party expenses are not included unless agreed upon in writing.

2. Scope of Services

Digital Marketing and Web Solutions

Our services may include SEO, Local SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, social media marketing, website design and development, WordPress development, landing page creation, conversion funnel optimisation, and digital marketing consultancy.

The specific deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities will be confirmed through a proposal, quotation, or written agreement. Additional work outside the agreed scope may involve extra charges.

3. Payment Terms

Website Design and Development

For website projects, clients must pay 50% of the total project cost in advance before development begins. The remaining 50% must be paid before the website is published or made live on the client’s domain.

The final launch or handover may be withheld until all outstanding payments have been received. Additional features, redesigns, or functionalities outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

All Other Services

For SEO, digital marketing, Meta Ads management, Google Ads management, social media marketing, lead generation, and other non-website services, 100% of the agreed professional service fee must be paid in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For recurring services, the applicable service fee must be paid before the relevant service period begins.

4. Advertising Budget and GST Invoices

Client-Paid Advertising Budget

For Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, the advertising budget must be paid directly by the client to Meta through the client’s advertising account and payment method. Google Ads expenditure must likewise be paid by the client to Google unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.

Advertising expenditure is separate from our professional service fees. Clients are responsible for maintaining valid payment methods and sufficient advertising funds.

GST Billing

Click Crafters Technology will provide GST invoices where applicable, in accordance with applicable tax laws. Clients must provide accurate billing details, including their business name, address, and GSTIN where applicable. Applicable taxes will be charged according to the relevant legal requirements.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate business information, content, images, approvals, account access, and other materials required to deliver the agreed services.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their products, services, claims, and advertising materials comply with applicable laws and advertising platform policies. Delays in providing information, approvals, or access may affect project timelines and campaign performance.

6. Results and Advertising Performance

Click Crafters Technology will make reasonable professional efforts to plan, manage, and optimise marketing campaigns. However, results depend on factors such as competition, budget, audience behaviour, market demand, website quality, and platform algorithms.

We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, conversions, revenue, website visitors, or return on advertising spend.

7. Website Delivery and Revisions

Website projects will follow the agreed scope and timeline. Clients must review designs, content, and functionality and provide timely feedback.

Changes beyond the agreed scope may require additional charges and time. Final website publication is subject to completion of the agreed work, client approval, and receipt of the full project payment.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may depend on platforms such as Meta and Google, as well as hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, and other third-party tools. We are not responsible for external outages, advertising rejections, account restrictions, policy changes, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Third-party subscriptions, licences, hosting, domains, and advertising expenses are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Clients may choose not to continue after the trial period, subject to any written agreement. Cancellation requests for paid services must be submitted in writing.

Refunds and outstanding payments will be handled according to the agreed terms, work completed, costs incurred, and applicable law. Advance payments are not automatically refundable simply because expected marketing results are not achieved.

10. Confidentiality and Ownership

Both parties must handle confidential business information, customer data, account credentials, and marketing strategies responsibly.

Ownership and usage rights for final deliverables will follow the applicable project agreement. Third-party software, themes, plugins, and licensed materials remain subject to their respective licence conditions.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By approving a proposal, making a payment, or authorising work to begin, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions. Any special arrangements must be confirmed in writing by both parties.
